  Registrations for First Communion & Confirmation

Registration has begun for the first year of First Communion and the first year of Confirmation. To enter the first year of Communion: Your children must be entering the first grade or higher this August and attend a public school. To enter the first year of Confirmation: Your children must be entering the seventh grade or higher this August and attend a public school.

Applications are available at the back of St. Adalbert Church and St. Casimir Church, or you can pick one up at the parish office (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm).

Your children will be officially registered once you return the completed application along with the required documents and payment to the parish office. For any questions, please call the parish office at 574-288-5708.

Registration open for OCIA

Registration is now open for our OCIA classes, which will begin in the fall on Sundays after the 9:30 am Mass at St. Casimir. This class is for anyone 17 years old and older who is in need of receiving Baptism, First Communion, and/or Confirmation. Registration forms are available in the back of both churches. You can submit it with the required documentation to the parish office. 

 Elevate Card from Notre Dame Federal Credit Union

We are very blessed here in the parish to have Notre Dame Federal Credit Union as our bank. They offer a special credit card called the "Elevate." It is a regular credit card, but whenever you use it, the bank donates 1% of your purchase to the parish. You don't pay anything extra—it is a donation made by the bank.

During the month of December, for every 10 individual people who use that card, the bank donates $2,500 to the parish. Right now, 27 people in our parish use this card (thank you to all of you!). That means for the first 20 people, the bank will give us $5,000 for their card usage in December. If just 3 more people sign up, we will reach 30 and earn an additional $2,500—bringing the total to $7,500—which we can use to buy new refrigerators in St. Adalbert School to store the children's milk, because the current ones are very close to breaking down.

We encourage everyone who has an account with Notre Dame Federal Credit Union to get this card. It is free and very easy to do. You can visit the website NotreDameFCU.com/Elevate, call 844-230-6611, or visit a branch in person.
