The Sacraments are outward signs of inward grace, given to us by Christ to help us grow spiritually and become more holy. They are sacred mysteries that show us God’s presence in the world today. More than just symbols, the Sacraments actually give us grace—they help make us holy and strengthen the Body of Christ. They guide us through life’s important transitions and give us a way to connect with God, offering moments of praise and worship. The Sacraments also help us nourish, strengthen, and express our faith. Through them, Jesus stays close to us—offering healing, strength, nourishment, and forgiveness as we go through life’s challenges.
